Grade entries
Current grade entries are held in React state inside the open browser tab. The code does not save them to localStorage or sessionStorage, create a user account, send them to an admissions API, or write them to a public database. Reloading or closing the page clears the entries.
Analytics and cookies
The current application does not include a separate analytics SDK, advertising tracker or application-set cookie. If this changes, this notice must be updated before the new collection begins.
Cloudflare delivery logs
The production site is delivered through Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and timestamps for delivery, security and operational logging under the applicable Cloudflare configuration and policies.
Third-party links
Official university and public-source links are maintained by third parties. Opening them sends a normal web request to that provider, which may have its own logging, cookie and privacy practices.
Data minimization
Do not enter names, student numbers, contact details or other identifying information into grade fields. The tool only needs course status and grade values for the calculation.
Requests and changes
Privacy questions, correction requests or complaints can be sent to privacy@canigetin.ca. There is no user grade account or public student record to delete in the current release.
